We offer FREE Standard Shipping on all merchandise orders over $199(excluding taxes) in GTA(Toronto Region, York Region, Durham Region, Halton Region, Peel Region). For orders less than $199, or delivering to other regions within Canada, flat rate of $15 for standard shipping will be charged. For other countries, please contact customer service for details.
When your order is ready to be shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation by message. Usually every order will be shipped within 2-5 business days of receiving the order. The confirmation will contain the shipment details, a tracking number, and a link of the selected carrier site. To track the order, please click on the tracking number located near the bottom of the confirmation message.
All orders ship Monday – Friday, excluding federal holidays within Canada.
When your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation code, please call customer service at 905-747-0627 (Richmond Hill) or 647-350-7628 (North York) to arrange for a pick-up.
Please get your confirmation code ready for verification when you pick up in store.
All item prices list are excluded tax and are subject with GST/HST at the tax rate stipulated by Ontario law.
All unopened products can be exchanged to the other products or same valued store credits or returned within 14 days of purchase by contact our customer service at 905-747-0627 or 647-350-7628 with your original order number on hand. The clinic will process the refund to you within 7-14 business days after receiving the product you returned. The postage for sending back will be borne by the purchaser itself.
